How LuraNote replaced three tools with PulsePanda
One question used to mean three dashboards and a lot of timestamp matching. Now it means one, and founder Sona D gets about six hours of their week back.

Before PulsePanda, LuraNote's data was split across three products: one for session recordings, one for user feedback and one for analytics. Each came with its own login and its own bill.
The real cost was time. Getting to the bottom of a single issue meant lining up timestamps across all three dashboards and hoping they pointed to the same moment. A user's complaint lived in one tool, the session that explained it lived in another, and the numbers lived in a third.
